VINTAGE 1940's 40's PEPLUM BLOUSE jacket shimmer brown xs (B8)

This can be worn alone, like a blouse, or as a jacket. Amazing vintage piece! Brown/black shimmery taffeta-like fabric with flower-shaped buttons. Picture 3 shows the unique slit sleeves…. there is a 7" slit under each sleeve, intentionally open. The slit starts 2" from the underarm, and ends about 1.5" before the cuff. 5.25" peplum. Padded shoulders. Quite small/petite, please compare the measurements below with a blouse you have that fits well. This is in FABULOUS condition for it's age… on very close inspection, I found 3 teeny pinholes on the peplum, did not pick up in photos because of the texture/sheen of the fabric, so assuredly no one would ever see them when you wear it.
