HOUNDSTOOTH WIGGLE DRESS and jacket set 1950's 1960's S (B9)

Wool wiggle dress with matching jacket, late 1950's/early 1960's era. The dress looks like separates, because the top is solid black and more of a 'jersey' fabric, and the skirt part is black/off-white houndstooth weave. The jacket is also houndstooth. The top (but not the sleeves) of the dress and jacket are lined. Back metal zip closure. Fits like a S, but probably best for a petite... the measurements technically fit me as a US 4, but at 5'7", I can tell this is proportioned for someone shorter, or at least with a shorter torso. Please compare the measurements below with a dress you have at home that fits well. I just picked this up from the dry cleaners, so it's ready to go!
