AQUA and BLACK 1980's DRESS windowpane plaid S (F9)

Fun and comfortable 1980's dress! No tags inside. Rich aqua, with black windowpane plaid. Light weight cotton/poly blend weave. Back button bodice. The belt seen here is not included, pictures 4 and 5 show what it looks like without the belt... waist has a touch of stretch, but not a ton. The skirt has side slash pockets. I wear a US 4/6, this fits me well when belted. Could fit slightly larger than me, but it really is best when worn loose, since there is no stretch. Please compare the measurements below with a dress you have at home that fits well. Great condition!
