1990's NAVY BLUE polka dot DRESS double breasted fit and flare coatdress M (F5)

Navy with white polka dots, in rayon challis. Double breasted button front, fit-n-flare shape. No tags, although there were at one time (not hand-made). Sorry it looks like it has a bustle in picture 3, it hangs straight down, but I took the pictures on a super-windy day! :) Best for a M, too big for the size 4 mannequin in the pictures, and too big for me (I also wear about a 4).
