1940's TAN TWEED JACKET 40's fitted blazer S (B3)
Brown and beige flecked-wool 1940's jacket. Actually, when you look very closely at the weave, the fibers are ivory, mauve, gray, and black, but somehow from a distance this translates more 'beige' than pink or gray. Ends up making a nice 'go-with-everything' neutral! The tag in picture 10 says the fabric was imported from France. Beautifully lined (picture 8). The buttons are glass, but unfortunately they are chipped (pictures 6 and 7). Still present fine from a distance, would be fine for a costume or photoshoot, but if you plan to wear this 'for real', you'll want to replace the buttons so you don't cut yourself. :) I have had this dry-cleaned, so it's ready to go! Fits like a US S. Please compare the measurements below with a jacket you have at home that fits well.
